We want you to be fully satisfied with your Lexovian smart camera system. Returns are accepted under the following conditions:
The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
Return requests must be made within 30 days of delivery.
Proof of purchase (such as an order number or invoice) is required for all return requests.
Please note that installed or modified security devices may not be eligible for return.
For security and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned, including:
Opened or installed Lexovian Smart Security Cameras
Accessories damaged after delivery
Clearance, promotional, or final sale items
If you are unsure whether your smart camera system qualifies for return, please contact our customer support team before shipping it back.
Once your returned product is received and inspected, Lexovian will send you an email notification confirming the status of your refund.
Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is a result of our error (such as a defective or incorrect product).
We’re happy to replace items that arrive defective, damaged, or incorrect.

If your Lexovian Smart Security Camera arrives damaged or isn’t functioning properly, notify us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Provide your order number, images of the damage, and a brief description of the issue. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund after verification.
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase if it hasn’t been shipped. Once the order has been dispatched, it will fall under our standard return process.
